I had a pretty boring day today i just sort of sat around, for some reason i felt really avague and tired……I deciced not to go on the Rough edges weekend away yesterday, Its not that i dont want to be a volunteer, i dont know i just didnt really feel like going away, not now, maybe in a few months it will be different, but i have to wkae my mind up, its been sleeping for so nlong, its taking me a while get my mind into gear about doing anything with my life.
We are stil;l having problems with the church not supporting boys birgade, i piece of me kind of wouldnt mind if boys brigade shut down but thatrn a piece of me loves it too, everything just seem like so much effort these days. and i thin i know why, I think its cause i dont pray anymore and havent for ages unless in a group sisuation, i dont have a church or a job..its all a bit dull really.
but how good are the counting crows!

The counting crows concerty last night was so awsome, We had really good seats in the front row of the seating area, They played really, keeping us thinking as to what the next song would be, they would begin tro play a song but in a way never heard before so that it was until about a minute into the song you actually new what it was..They are a good show band. They stopped playing during one of the songs while security tokk a person who had fainted or somethig out of the room, which i thought was a really nice thing to do, i dont know how its nice but it seemed nice. We ran into rich thompson after the show tom and him had a chat for a while, the we went an stood in a line for the parking ticket machine and it took a good 45 mins to get out of the carpark.
A very good night.

So so so so so so so gooooooooooood, they are such a great band, i had a great time, we did have to pay $22 for parking but what can i say damn it was good! They said they would be back at the end of the year, i can tell you right now that i will be there. I think from what Adam was saying we where the biggest concert downunder, thats cool. Bloody ripper.

It’s Counting Crows day!
I’m gonna have to find something else to be excited about after tonight…hmmmmmm

in fifteen minutes i will be starting me 20th day without drinking coke…thats a mamoth efort. also in 15 minutes it will be thursday the 6th of march…COUNTING CROWS DAY.

Well today is wednesday, that means only one more sleep til the counting crows…how exciting.
Ton, kaia and myself went to castle hill last night and saw the recruit, it was an allright film but i dont think i’ll buy it on DVD.
Chris is nearly finnsihed capturing all the footage for panda 82, good luckto him i say, i want to make a film, i havent really ever made one for myself, i always just help other people make theirs…i need to write a film and direct it and stuff. I want to make a musical with bright colours and big dance numbers.

I just rang up a few tv equitment hire places and the first one i rang was lemac, and the lady said, sorry we cant help trythis number and speak to nick, so i rang and got nick, after speaking to nick for a while he said to call this other place and ask for nick and say that nick sent you, so i gave the next place a call and yes nick answered the phone, but it was the wrong nick he said oh you wont nick in hire i’ll put you through to nick, finnaly i got through to nick and told him that i rang nick who told me to ring nick who told me to ring nick who put me through to you nick.

after all the “nick” it turned out tony was more helpful.

I went to tom’s church tonight, I really really liked it, the music was awsome, but as tom said to me “its a charo church” hence ofcourse they have good music, you cant be charosmatic with an out of tune guitar and a tone deaf singer, no that there is anything wrong with out of tune guitars or tone deaf singers, its just hard to thorw your arms up and dance around and fall over and stuff. Church wise i feel much more at home in a slightly charosmatic church, i find them more rewarding for my spitiual needs, st petes was more a people place not so much centred on feeling Gods pressence or having inspiriing or challeneing sermons and talks, which ithink its good to have great friendships and a tight nit community but there needs to be a balance betwwen that and a more alive church i find personally.

anyway tom did a ripper of a sermon, if jane was there she would have been ever so proud of here little tom, I’m sure she is proud anyway, but boy she would have been super proud. I mean he is a dog and a bloody gong, but every now and then he deserves a pat on the back, just be careful when pating him that you dont get tangled up in his one hairy shoulder.

I wish toms church was closer or that i had a car and could drive it.

I watched 29 palms last night, it wasnt the best film but it was ok, I think the people in video ezy (not mark) have problems putting films into catigories becaseu they often put comedy stickers on very un funny films, such as “the sweetest thing” “sorority boys” and anything with steve martin in it. I think they should have a panel of film eatchers who catigorise films in video shops, the catigories could be, comedy, action, horror, drama, classic and shithouse. I havent seen mark in video ezy for a while, not becasue he hasnty been there, Its because i havent been there.

Jo left for New zealand this morning, she had her last night at home, when she gets back next sundayu hse is going to live in croydon with her firends from uni. I think we should turn jo’s room into an editing suite, its big enough and it has this little walk in cupboardf that would be a cool tape storage place, alas i think its becomming a spare room or maybe even tinku’s room, I think we need an eding suite though its an essential part of the modern household.
