to get it in itunes you need to subscribe to the feed. to subscribe to the feed go to the podcasts page at the top of my blog it will give you the url you need to use for the subscription.

does anyone remeber that fluro putty stuff u could get , it was called like splat, or splak or smthing….it was like glossy playdo…anywho the secret sound, sounds like u throwing that on the ground-
either that or plunging poo from a toilet
