Yesterdays adventure was to the powerhouse museum, as you may have already read.
Here is some photos from the day.

the train trip into the city. A nice blury photo to start the montage.

most of the water features at darling harbour seem to be under repair but this one was still working.

This is the front of the very first train ever to run in sydney its over 150 years old.
In the background is some helicopter that has something to do with dick smith.
oh and there is the lift shaft in the background too.

A big old indicator board. stupid photos most of them a re a bit blurry casue it was dark in there and your not allowed to use a flash.

this is a toilet from a space shuttle. looks like a comfy seat. “space dump”
the poo goes into some tank but the wee is filtered and integrated into the ships air-conditioning.

Jenny in space. Wow she is the master of that “zero gravity” thing.

Sydney is a dangerous place to walk around in. A new pole released last week has shown sydney trees to be the most dangerous in the world. They steal your wallet if you walk too close.

after eating we spent some time wandering around tumberlong park. and the harbourside shopping centre before going home.

another fun adventure.

Jenny and i are in the powerhouse museum today on our day off.

We are in the middle of some display to do with computers and they have internet here to use…how fun. I do like the powerhouse museum, its the land of childhood memories.

Next sunday is the Hornsby Shire Centenary, Country Fair and Steam Train Day.
The country fair sounds boring but the steam train bits sounds fun. They have a steam train running from waitara station to Gorson station, then you come back with to waitara with some vintage diesel locco.
You have to pre book tickets for the train trips and they have 4 trips throughout the day.
Today i went to buy some tickets for the 11:55am train. THe lady said that it was all pretty full and how many ti kets did i want. I asked for 7. She didnt think there would be 7 tickets left. But my friends there was.
So i now have 4 tickets available if anyone wants to join myself, jenny and sam.

another day, another visit to the doctor.
My bladder infection has come back, the antibiots had kicked it it was gone then a week later, BANG there it is again.
So more peeing into a cup today, Doctor says its defintly back and thats not great. Going for an Ultrasound on wednesday morning.

stupid damn broken body.

last ngiht i woke up about once every hour with sharp pains and stinging, then it was off to the tiolet to release my bladder.

it is 7 weeks and 1 day since i last had a coke.

my life is falling apart, i’m starting to drink chai tea and really enjoy it.

dont fear coke will be back in my system soon

This is purchase today.
I dont normally buy movie dvd’s these days becasue i never watch my movie dvd’s all that often. but there are some movies that i have always wanted to own. And the godfather trilogy is one of them.
And it came in this fun wooden box.
To buy the trilogy is $96
but i got the three with the box for $54
Its a steal! the only thing is that i dont get the special features dic, but is the special feature disc really worth an extra $40 ???? and you dont get the cool box.
