Often I am the person who answers the phone in the office, I quite like answering the phone, I hate calling out but incoming calls are fun.
 

Anyway unfortunately our office has a very similar name to a beauty salon. If you call up censis (directory assistance) to find the salon they generally give you our number.
Fortunalty all of us are primed and ready and we all have the salons number near our phones so that we can pass it on.
But sometimes before you can get the number to people they try to make a booking for different procedures. One of which that occurs quite often is people trying to book a Brazilian wax. I really don’t want to know! People are often then quite embarrassed when you tell them they have the wrong number.
 

In other news today I had to attend a luncheon with about 50 – 60 pensioners.
It was a bit scary, I had to talk for about 35 minutes, covering my life, work and a short sermon type ting aswell. I have never done anything like that before, I think I talked for a bout 40 mins in the end but they all seemed to enjoy it. Afterwards there was lots of cakes and slices and sandwiches cut into little triangles.Lots of the peoples came up and thanked me for coming and speaking to them, they said I spoke very well.
Thast doesn’t mean I want to do it again.
