We made it, our plane was delayed a bit leaving sydney but we still made it here pretty close to time, and turbulance i really enjoy turbulance and we had a fare share of it.

At Launceston airport we ran into the wades, hello wades.

Then we picked up the hire car and headed to our hotel.

Its a hyundi getz again this time its white, we are yet to give it a name.

The motel is quality, one of those typical we dont really deserve any stars kind of places. The reception woman thinks i’m an idiot becasue its 9:30pm and I stupidly asked if she knew what time the supermakets close, she said they would all be shut then just stared at me for what felt like 6 hours.

I had to return to reception to ask about the broadband, to which i was told “all the information is in your room” then i recieved the stare for another 6 hours.

In a few hours jenny and I are off to the airport to fly down to Tasmania.

Our first trip to tasmania that is not directly work related, we are not even going to Poatina, Just launceston for a Wedding

we fly home sunday afternoon, and of course we are booked into a hotel that has free unlimited wireless boradband.

Well there it was, Australia wins the ashes series 5 nil. What an awsome series.

And goodbye Shane, Glenn, Damien and Justin!

Today jenny and I went on an adventure down south,

via this Ave in Cronulla

We went through the Royal National Park and headed to the Seacliff bridge,

its a beauty of a bridge.

lunch on the beach in austinmer then ice cream in wollongong.

That is what is on channel 7 at the moment, over and over again. Its playing over the top of the audio of the show that is supposed to be on, its very strange, and quite anoyoing too casue i’m trying to watch the show, it goes for about 5 minutes then they manage to get the shows audio back then suddenly it goes back to the Jesus thing.

Our turtles seem to really like powderfinger, they are dancing around their tank and jumping out of the water, just like they do when its breakfast time. and boy oh boy do they love breakfast time.

Walk through the bush alone at night: Yeah with my torch and ipod could make for a fun night

Call off your wedding: too late for that now!

Walk naked through Hyde Park for 10 minutes during rush hour: whats your price $$$$$$$$$$

Disarm a bomb: sure

Clean the outside windows of a skyscraper: yeah that would be fun

Draw a mustache on the Mona Lisa with a permanent marker : nah

Go on tour with Elvis: as long as I don’t have to wear suede shoes

Go swimming during a thunder storm: yeah its fun

Perform surgery on your best friend: I could give tom a bit of a nip and tuck

Myself, Jenny, Tom, Matin, Anmol, Debbie and Lezalee just went and saw ‘flushed away’. It was a mildy entertaining film, some funny bits but overall not fantastic. I think wallace and gromit creator man has sold out to america.

after the film we headed to Asquith KFC for the traditional new years day kfc meal, the theory behind it being that if you eat KFC on the first day of the year then food can only get better throughout the year.

My stomach feels like the SS KFC has sailed through, hit a gland or something and now there has been a giant oil spill in my bowels.

I just woke up!
