I just deleted all my work emails, 1,000′s of them.
I was just deleting one spam email out of outlook express, the old shift+Delete
but becasue i have the prieview window i just assumed the email was selectee becasue the priview was showing the spam email. but actuall what was selected was the work email inbox.
all gone….
i need a new head
windows restore was no help,
not in any temp files or anything i could find either.
gone, 4 years worth of work emails all gone.

try directory snoop, it can retrieve things you have deleted
