My mobile is with them and just this month they have decided to introduce some new billing system. I have this $5.50 fee on my bill that i have no idea what it is. I called up and went through what seemed like 560 menu options, then when i sat on the phone for 10 minutes listening to crap music and recorded messages telling me crap all. Then it began to ring and i thought you beauty. it stopped ringing and i got the following in my ear. “we are sorry, due to system difficulties we can not asnwer your call, please try again later”.

Oh you don’t understand how lovely it is to read this as a man of Telstra! Especially after Soul’s bagging of Telstra, and especially after their ads saying that you never will talk to a machine when you call Soul!
