Went to the doctor today casue my Astham puffer prescriptions have run out.
Also told the doc i’m going to kenya in August.
I went to Uganda in 2001 and had heaps of injections before i left. But it seems most of them have expired so i need new ones.
yellow fever is still going strong so i dont need that one again. but hep, typhoid and and some other ones.

how long are you going to be in Kenya for?

where we are going i have no idea, i have a feeling its just out of Nairobi but not sure. And we are going to a church that is runnin a youth conference and crussade. Tom is speaking and i might do a bit of speaking too.
