counting the sheep that refuse to jump the fence
June 13, 2007 1:12 am general chit chatover 2 hours ago I went to bed. I cant sleep. So frustrating, it seems to happen more and more these days. I have a cut off of an hour if i’m not asleep within an hour then i get up and down some vallerium herbal tablets. if that doesnt work i just get anoyed.
i’ll go give sleeping another go.
if i’m not asleep within the next hour i’m at a loose end, i’ve run out of vallerium.
