luckily my yellow fever vacine is still current. But tommy boy will have to get yellow fever.

over 2 hours ago I went to bed. I cant sleep. So frustrating, it seems to happen more and more these days. I have a cut off of an hour if i’m not asleep within an hour then i get up and down some vallerium herbal tablets. if that doesnt work i just get anoyed.

i’ll go give sleeping another go.

if i’m not asleep within the next hour i’m at a loose end, i’ve run out of vallerium.

This is one weird band. they keek popping up on TV playing this one song called ‘La’. the song is repetative and played using what sounds like one chord. The lyrics are amazing. Its like a 6 year old writting a song to perform at a scouts talent quest fundraiser.

(Crazy Animal Noises)

I’ve been doing a bit more work on the paddle pop stick city over the weekend.

I’ve used just under 1,000 paddle pop sticks so far.

Still a long way to go. i’ll put a photo up.

It was only after i put it up that I remembered some peple have died becasue of the floods in the hunter.

today i woke around 10;30am, got up had a shower went back to bed woke up for the second time just before 1pm.

the queen is giving us the day off work tomorrow, i hope its not casue she wants us all to spend the day looking for a present for her. Cause I aint giving her nothing.

Wife and I jusw saw shrek the thrid, which felt like we where seeing shrek 64. There wasnt really much to it. not ans many little one line funnies. Its been marketed to death this film and now i can see why. It cant stand up on its own.

wait til it comes out on DVD

I just had my shower, whihc just for the record I have everyday.

Anyway it was damn cold in the bathroom when i got out of the shower to dry myself so i reached over and flicked the switch that turns on those heater light things.

apparently wet fingers and electric switches are not good friends.

I got a nice shock that i felt run up my arm.

It’s funny how Australian TV enjoys being a bit naughty, deep down all the commercial networks want to be SBS. Have you noticed how news programs often do storys about breast cancer research and then show as many shots of boobs as they can in the 30 second story. Its ok its about breast cancer research.

well channel 9 has decided to give up on hiding their boob shots.

Just saw an ad for a new show about to begin on 9, RALPH TV.

its pretty much RALPH magazine on TV, bikini clad big breasted women being treated like dirt by some sleezy men.

deary deary me. It’s like the back drop for a 1980’s stand up comedy show.

Wife and I just went for a bike ride round the streets of our hood.

My new bike lights arrived today that i got off ebay last week.

I’m so unfit, unfit howie = worse asthma during any form of physical excursion, breathing is not my current strong point.

Today wife and I saw the new pirates movie.

2 hours and 43 minutes.

Man o got quite bored in parts, i tried to go to sleep but the damn music kept waking me up. Not my type of movie, i’m sure a lot of people will find it fantastic, but really not my cup of tea.

but still in saying that it was free so I did enjoy seeing a free movie and there are much worse films out there that i could have watched.

the damn neighbour was up whipper snippering, lawn mowing and turing on loud machines just for the hell of it at 7:30am, he’s still going!
