I saw about 30 seconds of it at Rough Edges. I was trying to work it so that no one who had any of the mental illnesses or vulnerabilities Chris makes fun of were in the room.

Another great collection of characters. He just does it so well. You almost forget he plays all of them.
The accent for the samoan kid was a bit all over the place. Sometimes it was New Zealander, sometimes it was South African and sometimes it was downtown Lakemba. Or maybe that was the point?
The other classic is the faces on all the real school kids. You can’t fake that “I’m bored in assembly” look.

Otherwise I’d assume they’d have about the same aesthetics.

I think the key to that awkwardness is the lack of a canned laughter track to tell you when you’re supposed to laugh. It worked on “The Office”, you just felt uncomfortable the whole time and that is why some people just didn’t get it.

You see I watched it but didn’t find it particularly funny. I felt like I had seen all the jokes before and done better. But that’s just me..
