Well today was my first day in my new job, and unlike my other job i can talk about work as much as i want, I can even link.
It was a bit of a full on day, it was an all day staff meeting with the first half of the day being facilitated by someone from outside TEAR. Not a big fan of thos types of things, it was all about goals and dreams and strengths and affirmations. I dont enjoy that sort of thing, and to make matters worse it was friggen hot in the office, no aircon and one crappy little fan.
The second half of the day was better actually talking about roles and things coming up.
its gonna be a fun job i think and a challenging one too. And there is even $$$$$
