I whinged the other day when i discovered that the charcoal chicken shop in hornsby closed.

Today it re- opened with a new name and a few bits of silver stuff stuck over the top of the old decor.

It’s now called ‘Flying Chicken’

bit of a strange name, anyway it was important to see how their chips would be. Their chips arnt as good as the old days, this new mob gets a 3 / 5 for their chips. dissapointing.

Are there any decent chips nearby? Even the fish ‘n’ chip place across the road leaves a lot to be desired. I miss the days of sitting in the park with a decent serve of hot potato.

I saw the FLYING CHICKEN as I waltzed about today, and I can’t say I was terribly impressed. I tend to like the mere walking chickens…

(PS: just found your blog, and I have read alarming amounts of it. mwhahaha. hah. But it’s great to see a good Aussie blog from my area, not something I ever expected)
